Automatic Water Softener with Pre-filter

Borewell and tanker water often carries fine sand, silt and rust flakes. Left unchecked they settle on top of the resin bed, raise the pressure drop and wear the valve's seals. This system puts a 20-inch jumbo sediment housing ahead of the automatic softener, so the resin only ever sees clear water and the cartridge, not the softener, takes the dirt.

Good to know

Output per regeneration is quoted at 200 ppm hardness. Harder water means more frequent regeneration; your water report tells us exactly.

Softeners treat water for bathing, washing and appliances. For drinking water, pair with an RO purifier.
